Work at the development is preparing for the next phase of construction
The conversion works at Irving House are progressing at a good pace with internal enabling works having been recently completed.
The internal partitioning works have also been recently started, as is the site-wide installation of replacement windows, with the build progressing on time and on schedule.
Once the partitioning works have been completed, the conversion will move to the next stage; the mechanical and electrical first fixtures, followed by the fit out early in the new year.
Externally, the envelope and external works that are required in order to clad the building are nearing completion, after which the cladding installation will commence - taking up to 4 weeks to complete, if the weather permits.
Practical completion for the first 20 apartments is scheduled for the end of February 2018.
Situated circa 0.5 miles from Benton metro station, this development provides modern and comfortable living for the city's young professionals.
