Construction at Kingfisher House is continuing as planned with the 7th floor corridors now being completed and the rooms are fully functional with power and water.
Level +6 is ready and being decorated at the moment. The contractor is working gradually down the building to get the rooms ready for the furniture fit out.
With the contractor placing all the relevant material on each floor, internal finishing work has commenced with installation of internal partitioning walls on all floors, including level zero and +1, which previously has been used as temporary storage.
The second fix of the internal Mechanical and Electrical fit is progressing along with the finishing of the plasterwork – which is scheduled to be fully completed by Christmas.
Work to install doors on both sets of entrances and to the bathrooms in each studio is progressing well, and the kitchens are having their second fix joinery works.
Following the completed installation of the windows in the development, the curtain walling to the glazed staircase pods is now 95% completed.
