The external stonework that will surround Kingfisher House is now being installed on site at the Huddersfield student accommodation development.
Since our update last month, the contractor for the project has reported that four levels of the building are now faced with stone work and that this work is progressing on schedule.
On the four levels with finished stone work, the inner skin of the external cavity walls has now been completed and the structural concrete flooring has been poured on all levels of the building.
Looking ahead to the next stages of construction, the appointment of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) subcontractor is set to be made within the next two weeks, with negotiations entering the final stages, subject to an agreed design.
Kingfisher House offers purchasers a 9% NET rental return for 5 years and 5% interest on deposit. To find out more about this student accommodation investment in this growing university town, please visit our project listing.
