The steel framework at Kingfisher House has now been completed as construction continues on Huddersfield’s newest student accommodation.
After two months of construction, the steel framework for the ten storey development has now been fully erected, taking its place as a part of the Huddersfield skyline.
In addition to work on the steel framework reaching completion, the concrete for the lift shaft has now been fully poured and the lift shaft has been erected within the building.
Next to the lift shaft, the stairs for the building have also been installed for each floor of the building.
With the structure starting to take shape, Kingfisher House is attracting more attention than ever before. Purchasers at Kingfisher House will enjoy a contractually assured 9% NET rental return for 5 years, with 5% interest on deposit.
